How do I get a price for a product?
Hi-Tech Instruments is a showcase catalog, not an online shop, so there are no listed prices or checkout. Open any product and click “Request a Quote” (or message us on WhatsApp), tell us the model and quantity you need, and our team replies with pricing and availability — usually within one business day.
Do you sell new or used equipment?
Both. We manufacture our own line of blood bank and laboratory equipment in Pakistan, and we also supply certified refurbished instruments from leading international brands such as Sanyo, Panasonic, Helmer, Hettich, Thermo and Memmert. Every product is labelled “Made by Hi-Tech” or “Certified Refurbished” so you always know what you are quoting.
What does “certified refurbished” actually mean?
Our refurbished instruments are pre-owned units that our engineers fully inspect, recondition and test before they are offered for sale — worn parts are replaced, the equipment is cleaned and serviced, and its performance (temperature, speed, calibration) is verified so it operates to specification. It is a way to get premium international equipment at a fraction of the cost of new.
Do refurbished units come with a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind the instruments we sell and provide a warranty on our refurbished equipment; the exact coverage and duration are confirmed in writing on your quotation, so you know precisely what is included before you order.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Our team installs your equipment on-site and trains your staff for safe, correct operation from day one, so instruments are commissioned properly rather than simply delivered to your door.
Do you offer maintenance and service after purchase?
Yes. We provide Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with scheduled inspections, calibration and tune-ups, along with emergency support and genuine spare parts and consumables for the equipment we supply — so your instruments keep performing for years.
Which areas do you deliver to and service?
We are based in Karachi and supply blood banks, hospitals and laboratories across Pakistan — our regular clients range from Karachi and interior Sindh to Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Quetta and Peshawar. Tell us your location and we will confirm delivery, installation and service arrangements for your facility.
Do you buy or take in used laboratory equipment?
We are always interested in sourcing quality pre-owned blood bank and laboratory instruments for our refurbishment programme. If your facility is upgrading and has equipment to sell, contact us with the details and we will let you know if it is something we can take on.
Can you support institutional and tender procurement?
Yes. We regularly supply government and institutional buyers and can provide detailed quotations, technical specifications and the documentation your procurement or tender process requires. Share your requirements and we will prepare what you need.
